Will the PDF be uploaded?
No. Text extraction runs in-browser using DecompressionStream API + custom parser.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
No — scanned PDFs are images, requiring OCR. Use a dedicated OCR tool first.
Why RTF and not DOCX?
RTF opens natively in every word processor (Word, LibreOffice, Google Docs, Pages). DOCX requires a heavy library to generate properly.
What's preserved? Formatting, images?
Plain text only. Bold, italics, layout, images, tables — not preserved in this version.
File size limit?
No strict limit, but ~50MB is comfortable. Larger PDFs may take 30+ seconds to process.
