1. Acceptance

By using 4utils ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Free use, no warranty

4utils is provided free of charge, "as is", with no warranty of any kind. Tools may have bugs, edge cases, or limitations. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but make no guarantees.

3. Intended use

• 4utils is intended for personal and professional productivity tasks.
• Generators (CPF, CNPJ, credit card, password, etc.) produce test data. Using generated identifiers to commit fraud, identity theft, or any illegal act is your responsibility — the law applies the same way as if you'd typed any random number.
• Validators check format/checksum only. They don't confirm whether a document, email, or account actually exists in any registry.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4utils, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes (but is not limited to): data loss, business interruption, or incorrect results from a tool.

5. Intellectual property

The 4utils brand, design, and codebase are proprietary. The tools' output (e.g., a generated password, a compressed PDF) belongs to you — we claim no ownership over content you produce using our tools.

6. Third-party content

We display ads via Google AdSense. We're not responsible for the content of ads or for what happens if you click an ad and visit a third-party site.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte / MG, Brazil.
